| Comet McNaught is here! |
I am sure that you have heard by now about the naked eye comet, comet C/2006 P1 McNaught. This amazing comet has been visible in the evening sky for the week of January 15th onwards.
We have acquired some spectacular photographs of the comet which are now available for pre-order, with prints available from February 5th 2007. Prices are reduced for any pre-orders and will be going back up to the standard price once the prints are in stock, so get in early and save.
The comet is not gone yet, and we will be endeavoring to take more photographs. However, it is fading in brightness and the moon will be washing it out in the coming weeks so the opportunities to view or photograph the comet without a telescope are running out.

| Photograph your star |
Have you, or anyone you know purchased a name for a star? Do you/they wonder where it is in the sky or what it actually looks like? Well, we can now help you.
Launched this year is a new service where we will photograph your star. Visit the Photograph Your Star page for more information. We have already had one successful result and happy customer who now has a 50cm x 40cm photograph of the area of sky containing their star.
* Note: Not all stars are visible from our location and those that are may be best photographed at a certain time of the year. The first step of photographing your star is for us to determine, free of cost, if it is visible, when, and hence if we will be able to photograph your star for you.
