| Do the higher priced suburbs get searched more? |
Short Answer = YES... In the latest quarterly median price data, out of all the 271 metro suburbs, Claremont was the most searched suburb on the aussiehome.com for November and 11th most pricey suburb. Nedlands was the 2nd most searched suburb and was the 5th most expensive in REIWA's most recent quarterly data. In all, the Top 10 most searched suburbs on aussiehome.com were all in the Top 35 most expensive suburbs in the metro region, with four (Peppermint Grove, Dalkeith, Nedlands and Mount Claremont) making the Top 10 of both lists. On this evidence, it would appear the most searched suburbs are also the higher priced ones (but which causes which...?)
