| Protecting your Passwords - Good Protocol |
 Recently, one of our clients had their user name and password to our 'Client Zone' compromised. They did the right thing and reported this to us immediately, logins were changed.
We must remind you all that it is extremely advisable to change your user name and password anytime anyone who knew them leaves your employ and always every 6 months as a matter of course. Please do not write your user name where someone else might see it, and do not disclose it to anyone. If you want to change your agency's password(s) please contact us on 9389 5833 and we will do it immediately. You cannot be too careful these days. |
