Only sales that have been correctly entered (flagged as Under Offer or Sold, with an Under Offer date, Sales date and Sales price) will appear on this list. If your sale does not appear there, it will not be recognised in the REIWA sales awards. Please NOTE - you cannot back date sales. Once the month is over, no sales can be recorded for that month.
