If you are interested in how children and families should/could be interacting with their environment then this free talk could be for you. The nature play movement is growing in the United States and is coming to Perth at 7-9pm, 21 April 2010, Perth Concert Hall. Richard Louv is an internationally aclaimed author and futurist who is focused on nature, family and community. His most recent book 'Last Child in the Woods: Saving our Children From Nature Deficit Disorder' has stimulated an international conversation about the future relationship between children and nature, and has helped to spawn a movement that is about to be launched in WA. Workshop with Carol Byers You are invited to attend a workshop with Carol Byers, Netball Australia's Coach Development and Participation Manager. During this workshop, Carol will provide a short presentation on the development, roll out and implementation of the Netball Australia National Coach Accreditation Scheme structure. This session is targetted at any individual (particularly thoses from State Sport Associations) who are involved in the development, delivery and presentation of coach and/or official training.
